Outside Sales Representative / Director of Sales

Base Pay: $70,000 - $80,000/year + uncapped commissions!

Location: Main offices are located in Boston, MA and Nashua, NH, but this position oversees sales within the New Hampshire/Boston, Massachusetts area and is hybrid; occasional in-office visits and travel throughout the region for in-person sales meetings is required.

Schedule: Mon - Fri but evening and weekend meetings regularly (a large number of presentations are in the evenings, so evening and an occasional weekend availability is required).

Job Summary

The Outside Sales Representative/Director of Sales initiates and executes organic growth for the assigned region. The Outside Sales Representative will sell Homeowners Association Management Services & Contracts to HOA Boards. This role requires local travel and evening meeting attendance.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Engage, prospect, and pursue sales opportunities
  • Attend sales meetings in person and virtually during business hours and occasionally during evenings and weekends
  • Achieve monthly KPI's and metrics for closing sales opportunities
  • Cold calling and outbound prospecting
  • Responsible for local representation in industry trade organization
  • Responsible for building and maintaining professional networking relationships with industry professionals
  • Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • 5 years of sales experience is required
  • Real estate, property services, or HOA experience a plus
  • Reliable transportation
  • Organized and able to multi-task
  • Flexible schedule for evening or weekend sales meetings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong team player

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work on a computer and stare at a monitor screen for long periods of time.
  • Ability to drive to and from a several locations on occasions.

Pay Range

The estimated starting pay range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000 per year. This good faith estimate is based upon RowCal's typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends on many factors including each employee's qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.
