Senior Paid Acquisition Expert

We are looking for a Senior Paid Acquisition Expert to take ownership of our paid campaigns execution and help us stabilize and scale performance.

This is a high-impact role:

  • Paid represents ~80%+ of our marketing investment
  • Core driver of pipeline and revenue
  • Multi-market scope: US, FR, IT, ES

We need someone who can execute at a very high level from day one, bring structure, and challenge our current setup.

Veesion is an AI-powered video analytics solution that helps retailers prevent theft in real time using their existing CCTV cameras.

Instead of reviewing footage after losses occur, our system:

  • Detects suspicious gestures (concealment, consumption, etc.)
  • Sends real-time alerts with video clips
  • Enables teams to intervene earlier and deter repeat offenders

We mainly target small to mid-sized retail chains:

  • Verticals: supermarkets (core), convenience stores, liquor stores, pharmacy (testing)
  • Size: 110 stores, multi-user environments
  • Markets: US (primary), FR, IT, ES

  • Loss prevention / operations

Messaging is ROI-driven, pragmatic, and must follow strict truth-driven guidelines (no overselling AI capabilities)

Paid Acquisition at Veesion

Our paid strategy is heavily focused on Meta Ads, with:

  • Lead generation Meta Lead Forms + Typeform landing pages)
  • Structured campaigns by:
    • Country
    • Vertical
    • Funnel stage Scale vs Build / testing)
  • We also:
    • Use scripted UGC videos (human & AI-generated)
    • Work with external creative agencies UGC AI production)
    • Are starting to explore TikTok Ads and potentially other channels

Scope of Work

1. Audit & Strategy Challenge

  • Audit existing Meta campaigns (structure, targeting, performance)
  • Identify key gaps and inefficiencies
  • Challenge current setup and propose improvements

2. Campaign Execution & Management

  • Set up, launch, and manage campaigns (Meta primarily)
  • Ensure:
    • Clean campaign structure (by country / vertical / funnel)
    • Correct budget allocation (scale vs test)
    • Optimize campaigns continuously

3. Tracking & Data Reliability

  • Ensure tracking is:
    • Correctly implemented
    • Reliable across campaigns
  • Validate:
    • Campaign naming conventions
    • Attribution logic
  • Flag and fix issues proactively

4. Testing & Performance Improvement

  • Build a structured A/B testing framework
  • Define hypotheses and test plans
  • Analyze results and iterate quickly

5. Creative Feedback & Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative agencies UGC / AI
  • Provide:
    • Clear briefs
    • Feedback on scripts and ads
  • Ensure creatives align with:
    • ICP
    • Performance goals
    • Messaging guidelines (no overselling)

6. Reporting & Communication

  • Provide clear, concise weekly updates:
    • Performance
    • Learnings
    • Next actions
  • Flag issues early and proactively
