Part-time Experts - AI for Business & Transformation (B2B, Nebius Academy)

Nebius Academy is an educational platform that helps business professionals and organizations navigate the era of AI-driven transformation. We create specialized courses that teach practitioners how to apply AI tools strategically in real-world business workflows — across sales, marketing, learning & development, and organizational management.

Our programs are designed for working professionals who need to act on AI, not just understand it. We focus on practical adoption, measurable impact, and the kind of judgment that comes from experience — helping individuals and teams lead change, not react to it.

Our mission is to equip business professionals with the knowledge and frameworks to make smart AI decisions, drive adoption across their organizations, and become leaders in the new era of work.

Who are we looking for?

We are building a talent pool of experienced business professionals, consultants, and transformation leaders for ongoing roles as Instructors, Authors, and Subject Matter Experts across our AI for Business & Transformation program.

Our courses cover: AI for Smart Work, AI for Sales, AI for L&D, AI for Marketing, and AI for Teachers.

We recruit across three experience levels:

Junior Specialists (Instructors / Technical Trainers / Automation Specialists) bring 1–3 years of hands-on experience with AI tools or digital transformation initiatives. They explain AI concepts clearly, without technical jargon, and are comfortable teaching non-technical audiences.

Middle Experts (Authors / Automation Consultants / Automation Engineers) have 3–6 years of experience implementing AI in real organizations. They work with business examples and case studies, and can explain the reasoning behind technology choices — including build vs. buy decisions and AI governance basics.

Senior SMEs (AI Consultants / Automation Architects / Technology Strategists) bring 6+ years of experience working with business leaders and C-level stakeholders. They speak to ROI, digital transformation strategy, AI governance, and organizational change management.

What sets our experts apart is the ability to translate real-world AI experience into learning that sticks — for audiences who are already senior, already busy, and already skeptical of hype.

These are Talent Pool positions — we continuously review applications and build our roster of experts. There may not be an immediate opening at the time you apply, but strong candidates will be added to our talent pool and contacted as relevant opportunities arise.

You can join us on a part-time basis (10–15 hours per week) as an instructor leading live sessions, a course author creating learning materials, or a subject matter expert supporting curriculum development.

Apply now — we review applications on an ongoing basis. Our selection process is fully asynchronous and designed to respect your time:

Application Review — we evaluate your profile against our current needs

Async Video Interview — a short self-recorded interview (10–15 minutes max)

Test Assignment — approximately 1 hour to complete

Talent Pool — finalists are added to our active roster of vetted experts

Hiring Manager Call — once a relevant position opens, we invite you to a live interview with our team

Offer — we extend an offer for a relevant position upon successful completion of the process

Please submit your resume in English.

What you will do

Available Roles

We are building a talent pool of Instructors, Authors, and Subject Matter Experts for our AI for Business & Transformation programs.
