Part Time Office Administrative Clerk

CornerStone Staffing is hiring a Part Time Office Administrative Clerk to support municipal operations in Arlington (76004). This role is essential to maintaining efficient front office operations, with responsibilities centered on customer interaction, administrative processing, and cashier duties. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, service-oriented, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in office administration, customer service, or receptionist roles

• Strong PC proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

• Reliable work history and punctuality

• High School Diploma or GED

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Bilingual (Spanish preferred)

• Experience in live chat support or other digital customer service channels

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support customer service inquiries in-person and via phone regarding permits and registrations

• Handle cashier functions with accuracy and integrity

• Manage high-volume calls while maintaining professionalism and attentiveness

• Assist with front desk operations, including data entry and document processing

• Learn and navigate internal software systems for record management and service requests
