In this role, you'll help maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming workspace for employees, visitors, and vendors. From managing supplies and coordinating office needs to supporting employee events and keeping shared spaces running efficiently, you'll play an important role in the overall employee experience.
This is a part-time, on-site opportunity based in our Wichita office.
A Day in the Life
You'll start your day opening and preparing the office for employees and visitors-checking shared spaces, organizing incoming mail, and making sure supplies are stocked and ready for the day ahead.
Throughout the day, you'll greet guests, assist with deliveries, coordinate office needs, and support general office operations. Some days may involve organizing catering for meetings or helping prepare for employee events, while others may focus on keeping the office running smoothly behind the scenes. No matter the task, you'll help create a positive and professional environment for everyone who walks through the door.
What You'll Do
Key responsibilities include:
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude
- Maintain guest logs and building access records as needed

What We're Looking For
To be considered for this role, you'll need the following required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative, receptionist, or office assistant experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds as needed for office supplies or deliveries
- Availability to work Monday-Thursday from 9:00 AM-2:00 PM, with occasional Friday support as needed
