Part-Time Remote Real Estate Assistant

Job Description:

We are a busy luxury real estate team seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented part-time remote assistant to support day-to-day administrative operations.

This role is best suited for someone who already has experience working in NYC residential real estate and is comfortable stepping into an active pipeline of deals, listings, and ongoing coordination.

The position is fully remote (approximately 10 hours per week) with some flexibility, but requires someone reliable, responsive, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare residential leases and related documents
  • Assist with listing and transaction coordination across multiple deals
  • Communicate with managing agents, building staff, and vendors
  • Input and manage leads in Follow Up Boss
  • Track timelines, documents, and outstanding items across deals
  • Assist with listing updates and light marketing tasks
  • Support occasional social media posting for new listings

Requirements:

  • Direct experience with NYC co-ops and condominiums is required
  • Familiarity with lease preparation and standard NYC transaction workflows
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication (clear, professional, and concise)
  • Proficiency in Excel and general administrative tools
  • Ability to manage tasks independently without constant oversight

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience working with board packages, building requirements, or application processes
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or similar programs

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Approximately 10-12 hours per week
  • Flexible hours, but availability around 9:00 AM EST is required for time-sensitive tasks (such as lead entry and updates)
  • Compensation: $20/hour

Additional Notes:

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who understands the pace, structure, and nuances of NYC real estate and can contribute with minimal training.
