Partner Delivery Manager

Partner Delivery Manager (PDM) – Flexible/Remote We’re looking for a Partner Delivery Manager (PDM) who will play a critical role in supporting, strengthening, and scaling Vena’s partner ecosystem. The PDM serves as the technical and delivery enablement point for partners across all tiers, ensuring successful implementation outcomes, consistent methodology adoption, and high‑quality customer experiences.

As an individual contributor, the PDM provides hands‑on delivery guidance, oversees partner implementation health, manages escalations, enables both new and established partners, and drives readiness and maturity across the partner portfolio.

This role directly influences partner capability, partner‑led implementation success, and Vena’s ability to scale implementations through the ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Act as trusted advisor to Vena’s global partner network, applying product knowledge, solution development, and implementation methodology to assist partners in establishing their implementation capabilities and readiness across Vena customers.

Evaluate and optimise partner performance on individual partner projects, create plans, provide recommendations and facilitate escalations, and own and drive partner delivery excellence.

Provide technical advisory and best‑practice guidance across partner implementations as a player/coach role (design reviews, configuration validation, methodology alignment).

Be responsible and accountable for maintaining an accurate, current view of partner performance, capability and competency.

Support scoping activities by joining calls, reviewing SOWs, and validating assumptions.

Assess partner capabilities and progression, providing recommendations and action plans.

Collaborate across teams (Product, Technology, Enablement, Services, Customer Adoption, Sales/AM, etc.) to resolve partner needs and ensure smooth operations.

Provide technical and solution guidance through onboarding, ongoing enablement sessions for partners (new features, advanced use cases, deep dives) and ad‑hoc implementation support.

Champion the voice of the partner, synthesizing feedback, trends and insights to develop partner enablement enhancements and support content.

Lead and contribute to strategic process improvement and enablement initiatives, driving innovation and operational excellence across the partner experience lifecycle.

Travel as required to client sites.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

3–5+ years in SaaS consulting, solution delivery, or FP&A/finance‑tech implementation roles.

Proven ability to manage escalations, resolve complex implementation issues, and collaborate cross‑functionally.

Strong understanding of Vena product capabilities (modeling, workflow, reporting, integrations).

Experience in managing projects at a program/portfolio level with thorough understanding and application of solution design, project plans, status reports and other project methodology approaches.

Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship‑building abilities across diverse partner organizations.

Ability to manage multiple partner portfolios with strong prioritization and organisational skills.

Preferred: Experience in partner ecosystem support, certification programs, or channel delivery enablement.

Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI‑driven solutions to enhance performance and drive efficiencies.
