Join us in shaping healthier, more vibrant communities around the globe.</p></div><p> </p> <p>JOB SUMMARY:  </p> <p>The Partner Development Manager is responsible for acquiring high-value new partners across the fitness, wellness, and emerging verticals for the ClassPass platform within their assigned market and broader region. This role requires strong industry knowledge, relationship-building skills, and a passion for connecting with leading fitness and wellness brands. </p> <p>The Partner Development Manager will be deeply embedded in their local markets, developing strong relationships within the fitness and wellness community and staying ahead of trends — knowing where the best studios, spas, and new openings are before anyone else. </p> <p>ClassPass launched in Germany in 2019 and now operates in more than 10 cities with over 1,800 partners in the boutique fitness and wellness sectors. As we continue expanding across verticals and regions, this role plays a key part in driving growth and strengthening our presence in the DACH region. </p> <p>This position is based in Germany and involves a mix of inside and field sales.
