The Partner Strategy & Transformation team plays a crucial role in executing a comprehensive plan in collaboration with key leaders and teams, aiming to create significant business impact for Atlassian customers. In the Partner Strategic Initiatives Manager role you will be responsible for evaluating, developing and implementing key transformation initiatives to change our partner organization. This role will work collaboratively with counterparts in RevOps to drive alignment and success of initiatives. **Responsibilities:** - Own the day-to-day management and execution of a portfolio of transformation initiatives, breaking down high level strategic objectives into clear, executable programs with defined milestones, deliverables, and KPIs. - Coordinate cross-functionally to align teams and stakeholders, remove blockers, and ensure that initiative timelines are executed in a timely manner. - Facilitate ongoing critical communication with executive sponsors, key stakeholders, and project teams to track progress and manage expectations. - Proactively seek, obtain and incorporate stakeholder feedback and requirements to inform the transformation initiative plan. - Proactively surface and monitor risks and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies/solutions to minimize impact to programs. - Define success metrics, monitor performance, and deliver clear ROI data on initiatives. **Qualifications** - 7+ years experience in partners and alliances at an enterprise SaaS company - Proven executing a portfolio of strategic initiatives accelerating GTM efforts. - Deep knowledge of the partner lifecycle and enterprise GTM - Strong collaborator and communicator with a history of connecting teams to deliver large impact
