Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Partnership & Client Acquisition Manager who can bring qualified clients to the agency and close deals with brands, founders, startups, and service-based businesses.

This is a commission-based remote role ideal for someone experienced in sales, networking, partnerships, or agency business development.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email, Instagram, networking, and outbound prospecting
  • Build relationships with eCommerce brands, local businesses, agencies, coaches, clinics, real estate companies, personal brands, and other service-based businesses
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule discovery calls
  • Present The We Social’s services and growth systems to potential clients
  • Manage communication with prospects until deal closure
  • Collaborate with the internal team on proposals and onboarding
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads and partnerships

Requirements

  • Strong communication and sales skills
  • Experience in agency sales, partnerships, business development, or influencer marketing is preferred
  • Understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, social media, and paid advertising
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Comfortable with remote work and independent outreach
  • Fluent English communication skills
