It allows customizing analytics and workflows with a no-code interface.</p><p>Over 4,000 clients — including Bitpanda, Wirex, Avis, Bybit, Vodafone, Duolingo, Kaizen Gaming, and TransferGo — trust Sumsub to accelerate growth, prevent fraud, and maintain compliance worldwide.</p><p style="text-align:left;">Now we are looking for a<strong> Partnership Customer Success Manager </strong>who will build, keep and improve strong connections with our partners and customers.</p><p><strong>What You Will Be Doing:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Managing customers on all levels: technical, business, and product and help them succeed in their goals.</p></li><li><p>Managing and growing relationship with Key Client (stakeholders).</p></li><li><p>Identifying opportunities and potential challenges.</p></li><li><p>Ensuring partner satisfaction through proactive engagement and regular check-ins.</p></li><li><p>Introducing clients to the new features and handling new feature releases.</p></li><li><p>Providing client feedback internally.</p></li><li><p>Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams (Sales, Solution Architects, Partners, Product Management, Legal and Marketing)</p></li></ul><p><strong>About You:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Advanced English and Spanish</p></li><li><p>Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account manager, Business Development Manager, Project Manager in crypto, fintech, payments spheres.</p></li><li><p>Basic understanding of KYC will be a big plus.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Google Sheets / MS Excel.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical skills and proactive approach.</p></li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Remote-first, trust-based culture.</strong> Work from the place that works best for you.
