Siteman Cancer Center¿at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Washington University School of Medicine¿is an international leader in cancer treatment, research, prevention, education and community outreach. The Manager interacts with CFOs Administrators and Department Managers at multiple hospitals. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.</li><li>Develops and adheres to departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets. Responds to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals.</li><li>Develops and administers standardized revenue cycle process across hospital and physician entities, interprets government regulations and applies results.</li><li>Subject matter expert in the assigned revenue cycle area. Evaluates effectiveness of processes and makes process improvements.
