The program offers medical services and technologies that are state-of-the-art, while never losing sight of the importance of delivering one-on-one care.</p> <br><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong><br><br><p><span style="font-size:12px;"><strong>Role Purpose</strong></span></p><p style="text-align:justify">The Patient Account Manager is responsible for managing the accounts receivable for multiple hospitals. The Manager interacts with CFOs Administrators and Department Managers at multiple hospitals. The responsibilities are broad extending across the enterprise.</p><p> </p><p><span style="font-size:12px;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p><li>Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: onboarding and hiring, training, workload management & performance evaluations, conducting professional development plans as needed. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.</li><li>Develops and adheres to departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets. Responds to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals.</li><li>Develops and administers standardized revenue cycle process across hospital and physician entities, interprets government regulations and applies results.</li><li>Subject matter expert in the assigned revenue cycle area. Evaluates effectiveness of processes and makes process improvements. Ensures that the SBO is effectively staffed and processing work to the highest quality standards and ethics while maximizing revenue.</li><li>Ensure successful outcomes by training, leading, inspiring, coaching, mentoring and motivating all staff. Ensures effective quality and productivity programs are in place, is responsible for ongoing budgeting process, ensuring goals and initiatives are being met and on time. </li><li>Schedules and leads meetings with peers, staff, payors, and vendors. Ensures vendors are being managed, goals are set and being met. Establishes policies and procedures, including process documents. Develops programs, establishes and maintains efficient operations. </li><li>Analyzes and monitors data to drive continuous improvements in the revenue cycle.
