This role focuses on optimizing the UKG Ready platform experience across the Payroll, HRMS, and TLM modules. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail oriented, and comfortable navigating client communication, backend system configuration, and operational processing needs. Their primary function is maintaining a book of key accounts utilizing the UKG Ready platform. The CSR will be responsible for inputting and processing payroll data accurately and timely. The CSR will conduct client trainings and assist in adding any additional products as needed.
