Payroll Specialist

  • To strengthen our team in India, we are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join a world-class SAP S/4HANA consulting company.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Own the end‑to‑end payroll process with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage payroll using ERP / HRIS / payroll tools.
  • Prepare and file statutory compliances: EPF, EPS, NPS, TDS (24Q), and social security returns.
  • Manage Form 16 generation, leave encashment, gratuity calculations, and payroll audits.
  • Address employee taxation and payroll‑related queries.
  • Prepare and publish MIS and payroll reports.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors as required.
  • Your Experience and Skills:
  • 6–8 years of payroll experience in a standalone/individual contributor role.
  • Strong hands‑on experience managing payroll independently.
  • Strong expertise in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
  • In‑depth knowledge of EPF / EPS / NPS and compliance filings.
  • Hands‑on experience with 24Q TDS return filing and payroll taxation.
  • Excellent proficiency in advanced MS Excel.
  • Experience with payroll software and HR systems.
