And if you take pride in your work, have high integrity, a positive attitude, and consider yourself to be a strong performer, then Melita may be the company for you!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is a remote position, and it reports to our Payroll Services Manager.</p> <p></p><p><br></p><b>Key objectives of positions:</b><ul> <li>Learn and become an advanced user of our client’s payroll (ADP Workforce Now, Rippling and/or Paylocity) and SalesForce CRM technologies</li> <li>Execute and manage the entire payroll process for your assigned clients while achieving quality of service ratings of 9+ on your client surveys</li> <li>Accurately and efficiently process various payroll administration tasks for our clients in a timely manner such as prorating pay, calculating final pay, multi-state tax withholding, garnishments, and reports requests.</li> <li>Experience with commissions, bonuses, stock compensation & expense reimbursement entries</li> <li>Assist with Workers Comp, 401k, and financial audits as required</li> <li>Excel Skills – must be comfortable with vlookup and pivots</li> <li>Build strong relationships with your client contacts and colleagues based on mutual trust and respect and a shared desire to achieve excellent results</li> </ul><p><br></p><b>Requirements for this position</b><ul> <li>This position requires someone who enjoys working with numbers and doesn’t mind the pressure of managing payroll for our clients. </li> <li>The ideal candidate will have experience working with multi-client payrolls and payroll technologies. </li> <li>A college degree is preferred, but not required.
