About the Role

As a Pharmacy Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience in both hospital and retail pharmacy settings. This apprenticeship will provide you with practical exposure to pharmaceutical operations, including dispensing medications, managing stock, assisting with patient care, and supporting daily pharmacy functions. Eligibility Criteria

  • Currently pursuing or completed a Diploma / Degree in Pharmacy (D.Pharm/B.Pharm)
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Valid Aadhar card required
  • Good communication skills and interest in healthcare are preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting in dispensing medications to patients as per prescriptions
  • Providing basic advice on over-the-counter drugs and healthcare products
  • Supporting inventory management, including stock checking and ordering
  • Maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment
  • Learning about drug interactions, dosage instructions, and safety protocols
  • Assisting senior pharmacists in preparing and labeling medicines
  • Keeping patient records and following privacy guidelines

Program Structure

  • 12-month paid apprenticeship with hands-on training and mentorship
  • 9 hours per day (including a 1-hour break), 5 working days a week
  • Online assessments at 3 and 11 months to track progress
  • Certificate co-issued by the company and recognized healthcare authorities upon completion
