HEADLINE: Philadelphia, PA (desirable suburb): Six Internists are being recruited to work at a top-notch and well-regarded community hospital. They are all 100% outpatient. There are full-time and part-time positions available. They are also very flexible and offering full-time and part-time employment. $ The starting base salary range is from $275,000 to $350,000. They are also offering a complete fringe benefits package and excellent earning potential!



LOCATION: Philadelphia, PA (desirable suburb)

  • This hospital is located in a desirable suburb of Philadelphia.

  • The schools are excellent with many private and public choices.

  • The area has a strong economy, a low cost of living, and an excellent payer mix.

  • Residents really have the best of all worlds, with all the safety and slower pace of the suburbs but with the big city and all it has to offer just minutes away.

PRACTICE OPPORTUNITY:

  • A well-regarded, full-service general, medical and surgical community hospital is seeking to recruit a total of six additional Internists.

  • These are all 100% Outpatient opportunities and are also hospital based!

  • They are due to growth and expansion and trying to meet the demands and needs of their growing community.

  • Full-Time and Part-Time positions are both available.

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • No weekends and no on call.

  • HOSPITAL:

  • The hospital that they admit to is full-service and well-regarded general, medical and surgical community hospital.

  • It is one of the area's leading providers of comprehensive inpatient and outpatient community-based diagnostics, home health services and rehabilitation programs for all ages.

  • It is well known for excellence in cardiology, oncology, orthopedics, obstetrics, pediatrics, diagnostics and rehabilitation services.

  • It offers a full range of acute, ambulatory and emergency services.

  • Their emergency services department is equipped to handle all types of emergencies from pediatric to geriatric care.

  • This hospital currently has an active Hospitalist program in place which currently includes seven Hospitalists.

  • They have a free standing surgery center and six ambulatory sites.

  • Availability: Internal Medicine physicians who will be completing their training during 2026 and 2027 plus internists who have work experience are all welcome to apply. They will all be seriously considered!

FINANCIAL COMPENSATION:

  • The starting base salary range for the Internist is from $275,000 to $350,000. This will be fully discussed with each physician.

  • Productivity Incentive that will have a positive impact on the Internist's earnings.
