About the Position Physician - Family Medicine Clinic

Required Skills:

  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine
  • Active and unrestricted California Medical License
  • BLS, ACLS, and DEA certification
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage 20-22 patients daily
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience in a primary care or outpatient clinic setting
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Additional language skills or cultural competence in diverse populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
  • Prior experience in family medicine or outpatient care preferred but not mandatory
Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to work day shifts (8 hours, Monday through Friday)
  • No night or weekend call responsibilities
  • Participation in federal and state loan repayment programs (NHSC scholar site eligibility)
  • Willingness to travel for licensure or certification reimbursements as applicable
Compensation for this role ranges from $140.00 to $145.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, paid CME time and stipend, malpractice insurance, and robust referral bonus programs.
