Position Highlights

  • Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (flexible hours available)

  • 100% Outpatient

  • Each physician partnered with a dedicated LPN and strong clinical/administrative support

Facility Overview
  • Recently built 17-bed critical access hospital with attached rural health clinic

  • 23 exam rooms, 2 procedure rooms, lab, imaging, and specialty outreach

  • Dedicated office and support staff for each provider

  • Full spectrum of services: emergency, surgical, long-term care, therapy, and home health

Compensation & Benefits
  • Earning Potential: $350K–$500K+ with wRVUs

  • APP Supervision: $10,000 per FTE

  • Sign-On Bonus: $50,000

  • Relocation Assistance: $10,000+ (negotiable)

  • Retention Bonus: $5,000 annually

  • Student Loan Repayment: Up to $180,000 total through state and federal programs

  • Retirement: 403(b) with up to 10% employer match and 457(f) retention plan

  • Residency Stipend: Available

Qualifications
  • M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school

  • Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Med-Peds residency

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABFM or ABIM/Peds)

  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS required (ATLS preferred)

  • Eligible for Nebraska medical licensure

  • New graduates and experienced physicians welcome
