You will set the strategy and operating rhythm for full-cycle physician recruitment, own performance against hiring targets across all sub-specialties and markets, and have scope to build and lead a team of recruiters/ coordinators as the function scales.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As the Physician Recruitment Manager, you will serve as a senior champion of our employer brand to the radiologist community — partnering with marketing on compelling recruiting collateral, directing the team's presence at regional and national conferences, and ensuring every candidate experience reflects our patient-centric culture.
