PMO Quality and Governance Coordinator

As the PMO Quality and Governance Coordinator (G-9), you’ll monitor quality and compliance standards, analyze and report performance trends, and strengthen processes through clear documentation, testing, and training. We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-driven, and comfortable working <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">independently—someone</span> who is accurate, can translate data into actionable insights, and can communicate findings to management. You must be confident using modern tools and have strong Microsoft platform skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Experience with Visio, ADO, MS Copilot, and MS Power Platform is a plus. We are committed to professional growth through role-based learning initiatives and a PMO-sponsored mentoring program.</span></p></div><div><p></p><p><b><span>Notes:</span></b></p></div><div><ul><li><span>We welcome candidates from any time zone, as long as you’re able to align your schedule with Eastern Time (EST) working hours.</span></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><span>Sponsorship is not available for this role</span></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><span>While we are a remote‑first organization, this role will require an on‑site confirmation interview.</span></li></ul><p></p><p></p></div><div><p><b>Job Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Monitor PMO processes, procedures, and outputs for compliance with quality and governance standards, escalating deviations or concerns as identified. </li><li>Collect, analyze, and report data related to quality and compliance performance.</li><li>Support the design, refinement, and implementation of quality assurance protocols and governance frameworks through documentation and testing activities.</li><li>Identify process gaps, inconsistencies, or risks and support corrective actions.</li><li>Assist with internal and external audit preparation and <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">follow-up activities.</span></li><li>Provide back-up support to CPOC Coordinator, as needed, to ensure continuity of governance and compliance activities.</li><li>Identify opportunities to apply automation or <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">AI-assisted analysis</span> to support monitoring and reporting, consistent with established governance standards.</li><li>Collaborate with governance, PMO, or technology partners to help define AI use cases or requirements.</li><li>Utilize AI-assisted analytics or <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">monitoring tools,</span> when established, to identify trends, anomalies, or exceptions in quality and compliance data.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Job Qualifications</b></p><p>Education</p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a Healthcare and/or Information Technology (IT) environment</li></ul><p></p><p>Experience</p><ul><li>Experience in business analysis, project management, or quality control within EIT at BCBST is preferred. Experience in similar functions within a healthcare or IT environment is a plus.</li><li>Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft platforms, including SharePoint, Visio, and Excel (PivotTables and formulas).
