As a Power Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents to create efficient and effective business solutions. The Power Platform Engineer will collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other IT professionals to deliver scalable and innovative solutions that address the organization's needs.</p><p></p><p><b><u>What You’ll Do</u></b></p><p>You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the Power Platform solutions that enhance and optimize contact center operations. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft’s Dataverse solutions as well as proficiency in customizing and integrating Power Platform solutions to meet the specific needs of the company.</p><p></p><p><b><u>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</u></b></p><ul><li>Be the lead for the CCoE (Cloud Center of Excellence)</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design Power Platform solutions that meet business objectives.</li><li>Develop technical specifications and documentation for Power Platform solutions.</li><li>Build and customize applications using Power Apps, ensuring high-quality and maintainable code.</li><li>Implement automation workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.</li><li>Design and create visually appealing and insightful reports and dashboards in Power BI.</li><li>Integrate Power Platform solutions with existing systems and data sources.</li><li>Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration with enterprise architecture.</li><li>Implement and enforce security best practices for Power Platform solutions.</li><li>Establish governance policies to ensure compliance and maintain data integrity.</li><li>Provide training and support to end-users and other IT staff on Power Platform capabilities and best practices.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Platform solutions.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest Power Platform features and updates.</li><li>Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of existing Power Platform solutions.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Minimum Qualifications & Skills</u></b></p><ul><li>B.S in Information Systems, or related field or equivalent work experience</li><li>Power Apps Certification, minimum: Exam PL-900: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals</li><li>3-5+ Years of developing Power platform experience<ul><li>Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate and Dataverse experience</li></ul></li><li>Tier 4 Clearance</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills to address technical and project-related challenges.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as the role involves interactions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills to address technical and project-related challenges.</li><li>Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.</li><li>Team Oriented</li><li>Be able to handle a fast-paced environment</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Work Environment</u></b></p><p>This is a remote opportunity where occasional travel could be required.  Since this is a remote role, must have a dedicated workspace conducive to full videoconferencing (camera and audio) for facilitating webinars and online discussions.</p><p><br><b><u>Work Schedule</u></b></p><p>This is a full-time position, but hours could vary depending on needs.
