We are looking for talented individuals who have a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a desire to deliver high quality end to end intuitive and impactful analytic products using advanced data driven approaches.<br><br>Your work will provide exposure to multiple client business and technical leaders. You will work within a cross-functional team of data scientists, solution analysts, data engineers and product experts to execute solution deployments, analysis, and/or upgrades.<br><br>You will master the analytics and methodology embedded into the solutions and the data concepts related to the sector domains.<br><br>You will also develop a deep understanding of the domain/function (across pricing, promotions, loyalty, trade promotion management and/or assortment), to clearly articulate the benefits of Periscope to clients, both external and internal, and how they are implemented in an organization. This involves engaging with client sponsors on a regular basis to discuss how to drive user adoption and helping them with questions they might have regarding the solution and its impact to their business.<br><br>You will be working in one of our North American offices as part of our Growth, Marketing & Sales practice. To learn more about how Periscope’s solutions and experts are helping businesses continually drive better performance, visit their site.<br><br><strong>Your Qualifications and Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business or in engineering (MBA is a plus)</li><li>5+ years of experience in the field of consulting, analytic pricing, merchandising and/or technology delivery</li><li>Experience working with analytical topics, data science, data visualization tools and statistics, within CPG, and/or Retail organizations preferred</li><li>Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply</li><li>Some experience of leading a team, collaborating with or managing junior resources</li><li>Able to identify requirements and translate into actionable design documentation</li><li>Comfortable navigating ambiguity. Ability and experience to make decisions based on assumptions, data-led hypothesis testing and pro’s/con’s analysis</li><li>Experience with managing large scale projects, leading multiple workstreams and working with multiple business stakeholders in a matrixed environment to influence decision-making</li><li>Solid understanding and hands-on experience working with large data sources and proficiency in latest cloud based advanced tools and platforms</li><li>Experience working with product owners, project managers, business analysts, SMEs and data team to collaboratively design, configure and deliver solutions</li><li>Able to articulate solutions to stakeholders with different degrees of business and technical knowledge</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication and data presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts / solutions to business partners</li></ul>
