Because when you thrive, we all thrive.</span></span></p><p></p><p><span><b>What You’ll Do</b> </span></p><ul><li><p><span>Architect, build, and evolve reusable AI platform services and APIs that product teams can adopt across multiple use cases. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Design and implement robust orchestration patterns for multi-step AI workflows, including retrieval, tool use, validation, fallback, and state management. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Own the evaluation layer for AI systems by building test harnesses, golden datasets, regression checks, and quality metrics that improve reliability over time. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Establish observability patterns for AI systems, including tracing, prompt and version tracking, latency monitoring, error analysis, and cost visibility. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Design for production from day one, with strong attention to reliability, performance, maintainability, and operational resilience. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Partner with Security, Platform, and application engineering teams to embed guardrails, structured outputs, policy controls, and safe defaults into shared AI services. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Lead technical design reviews and influence engineering decisions across teams adopting the platform. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Define and document reusable patterns, reference implementations, and standards that create a consistent paved path for AI development at ABC. </span></p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span><b>What You’ll Need</b> </span></p><ul><li><p><span>Typically 10+ years of software engineering experience, including significant experience building distributed backend systems and APIs;
