Principal Consultant - Oracle Cloud Functional SCM_MS

<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Apply deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM Applications especially in OM, PO, INVENTORY, COSTING, MFG modules and industry best practices to design cost-effective solutions for client business challenges.</li> <li>Refine customer requirements, document them thoroughly, and present for client approval.</li> <li>Identify and apply creative, innovative approaches to resolve system issues.</li> <li>Provide high-quality customer support by collaborating with client teams to gather information and resolve day-to-day system issues.</li> <li>Troubleshoot client problems through research, service request (SR) management, system testing, and configuration adjustments.</li> <li>Work directly with Oracle to resolve service requests efficiently.</li> <li>Collaborate with client teams during upgrade activities, including system configuration, testing, and end-user training.</li> <li>Proactively contribute to support processes by suggesting and implementing efficiencies.</li> <li>Document common support issues and workarounds to reduce future support requests.</li> <li>Participate in team training activities to stay current with Oracle Cloud functionality.</li> <li>Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues and clients to enhance overall support quality.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 10 years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant.</li> <li>2+ years of experience implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades.</li> <li>Deep functional and configuration expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement (including Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts).</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Inventory Management (including Item Master, Inventory Transactions, Lot/Serial Control, Cycle Counting).</li> <li>Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cost Management (including Costing Methods, Cost Elements, Cost Rollups, Inventory Valuation).</li> <li>Ability to understand the integration points between Procurement, Inventory, Cost Management, and other SCM/Finance modules.</li> <li>Strong consulting and business analytical skills with the ability to refine requirements and deliver solutions.</li> <li>Proven ability to lead projects, manage teams, and independently handle client expectations.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.</li> <li>High commitment to exceeding performance expectations and maintaining professionalism under pressure.</li> <li>Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li> <li>Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p> <p><strong>Mandatory:</strong> Order Management (OM), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Redwood UI, Procurement, Inventory, Costing, Manufacturing, PIM</p> <p><strong>Good to Have:</strong> Global Order Promising (GOP), Warehouse Management System (WMS), Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Global Trade Management (GTM).</p> <br>Argano is the first of its kind: a digital consultancy totally immersed in high-performance operations.
