As the Principal Cyber Threat SOAR Developer, you will play a critical role in strengthening our cybersecurity capabilities and protecting our systems from potential threats. Develop, implement, and maintain effective security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR) strategies to mitigate potential cyber threats. Lead the design and development of new SOAR processes and workflows to enhance our overall cybersecurity capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize potential cyber threats and develop appropriate response plans. Monitor and analyze security alerts and events to identify potential vulnerabilities and proactively prevent cyber attacks. Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber threats and industry trends to continuously improve our cybersecurity practices and procedures. Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on the status of cybersecurity initiatives and potential risks. Mentor and train junior team members on cybersecurity best practices and the use of SOAR technologies. Investigate and analyze security incidents and provide recommendations for remediation. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources in strengthening our cybersecurity defenses. Participate in the development and maintenance of disaster recovery and incident response plans. Conduct regular testing and validation of SOAR processes and workflows to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency. Assist in the development and maintenance of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and guidelines. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to other teams on cybersecurity matters.
