What you'll be responsible for:

Circle is seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager to define and lead GTM strategy for Circle's interoperability stack, including Circle CCTP (Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol), Circle Gateway, and emerging orchestration and workflow services. This role will shape how developers, partners, and enterprises understand and adopt the Circle platform by translating crosschain infrastructure into clear, differentiated value props.

You will drive adoption of key use cases such as asset tokenization, treasury management, and seamless crosschain value transfer. You will act as a strategic partner to Product, Business Development, and ecosystem teams to identify new market opportunities, influence product direction, and position Circle as a leader in enabling seamless value movement across chains. This is a highly cross-functional, high-impact role at the center of Circle's multichain and ecosystem strategy.

This role will report to our Director of Product Marketing and work on a dynamic, action-oriented team focused on this strategic product pillar.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the subject matter expert on our products' features and benefits, competitive landscape, customer segmentation, and nascent technology insights

  • Developing positioning, messaging, and channel strategy to drive GTM for new product launches and ongoing growth initiatives

  • Partnering with Product and Business Development to identify new market opportunities and support the discovery and definition of new products

  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to support GTM activations with marketing, communications, and sales enablement materials (e.g. product webpages, blog posts, pitch decks, 1-pagers, battlecards, technical workshops, case studies)

What you'll bring to Circle:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Product Marketing or combination of Product, Engineering, Marketing, Business Development or related field; experience with B2B software or technology services preferred

  • Deep knowledge of blockchain, digital currency, fintech, and capital markets

  • Experience with creating compelling and differentiated positioning, messaging, and core product marketing collateral from the ground up for highly technical products

  • Experience with driving GTM strategy and execution alongside highly cross-functional teams

  • Highly independent and motivated to go deep in the tech and learn

  • Thrives in unstructured environments and builds order in chaos

  • Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, Coda, and macOS

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.

Base Pay Range: $185,000-$237,500
