Privileged Access Management Engineer, BeyondTrust

<p>The Privileged Access Management (PAM) Senior Engineer is responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and oversight of the organization's Privileged Access Management infrastructure to enhance the security posture of the enterprise. The PAM Senior Engineer will be responsible for configuring and managing PAM solutions, ensuring secured and controlled access to privileged accounts and systems. They will demonstrate high self-motivation and excellent communication, documentation and relationship building skills.</p><p><b>Primary Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Act as a subject matter expert for PAM-related inquiries and issues.</li><li>Maintain integration of PAM solutions into existing systems and applications, ensuring seamless operation and minimal disruption.</li><li>Work with Senior leaders in IT, security, and business units to incorporate PAM solutions into wider security and IT strategies.</li><li>Improvements for maintaining robust security measures.</li><li>Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to PAM policies, procedures, and configurations.</li><li>Configure and administer privileged access management solutions, including password vaults, session recording, multi-factor authentication, and least privilege technologies.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for PAM implementations.</li><li>Provide technical expertise and support to IT teams and end-users, troubleshoot, and resolve PAM-related issues, including during non-core working hours in support of global teams.
