We support our employees to live their best life and to be happy and prosperous, with these benefits*:</strong></p><ul><li>Fully company-paid medical (PPO), dental, vision for employees and dependents</li><li>Annual discretionary bonus</li><li>13 paid holidays</li><li>Profit-sharing plan for retirement</li><li>Childcare assistance program</li><li>Access to certain health services that may be limited in your state</li><li>Education Investment Initiative</li><li>Bring Your Dog to Work Program</li><li>Free daily vegan lunches</li><li>Green Team and Toastmasters</li></ul><p>*Please note that benefits are offered to eligible employees and are subject to specific terms and conditions.</p><p><strong>Starting Wage</strong></p><p><strong>Location</strong></p><p>On-site at headquarters in Vista, CA</p><p><strong>3rd Shift</strong></p><p>9:15 PM to 5:55 AM Monday through Friday</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Acquires necessary bottles, caps, labels, and packaging boxes from inventory.</li><li>Fills differing bottle sizes by hand or machine with proper soap, lotion, cream, gel, or balm product, including use of necessary hose, machine, or other device.</li><li>Makes adjustments to ensure proper amount and quality is maintained during entire production cycle of each product.</li><li>Constructs and prepares different sizes and shaped packaging boxes by hand or machine.</li><li>Labels and codes bottles and boxes as needed or instructed.</li><li>Brings bottle pallets to work area, places packaged boxes on pallets, and moves pallets to appropriate shipping area.</li><li>Breaks down boxes after loading bottles for the filler.</li><li>Loads caps to the capper machine.</li><li>Assists with loading boxes onto automated box machine as needed.</li><li>Prints labels using internal FDH system for labels.</li><li>Evaluates and ensures necessary actions are taken for all filled product before packing.</li><li>Packs and seals all approved quality product produced.</li><li>Assists with all supporting documentation for day-to-day production.</li><li>Checks country product labels in and out of designated form as instructed by lead.</li><li>Other duties as assigned within the job scope.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>At least 6 months manufacturing, production, and/or warehouse experience</li><li>Must have at least one year of forklift and pallet jack experience</li><li>Frequently lift, balance, carry, stack, and push/pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds.</li></ul><p>Any combination of educational and/or work experience that would be equivalent to the stated minimum requirements would qualify for consideration of this position.</p><p>Dr. Bronner’s is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
