THE ROLE

Product Compliance Manager

We are seeking a Product Compliance Manager – Home to build and manage a comprehensive product compliance program across our

Apparel, Footwear, Bags and Accessories

categories. This role will focus on ensuring products meet all labeling, packaging, safety, and regulatory requirements for the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and European Union.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in product regulatory compliance for Apparel, Footwear, Bags & Accessories, including labeling requirements, packaging compliance, product safety regulations, and supplier compliance programs.

This role will partner closely with product development, sourcing, packaging, quality, and legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance is embedded throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Build and Lead the Product Compliance Program

  • Develop and implement a scalable global product compliance program for Quince Apparel, F/W, Bags & Accessories products.
  • Establish compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures covering product labeling, packaging, and regulatory requirements.
  • Create standardized processes for product compliance review during new product development and commercialization.
  • Build internal compliance documentation, SOPs, and governance processes.

Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all products meet regulatory requirements in the US, Canada, UK, and EU, including applicable safety, chemical, labeling, and packaging regulations.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and proactively update internal requirements and policies.
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments and audits to identify potential gaps.
  • Manage product compliance documentation including test reports, certifications, declarations of conformity, and technical files.

Product Labeling & Packaging Compliance

  • Develop labeling standards for home furnishings including:
  • Law labels
  • Fiber content labels
  • Country of origin labeling
  • Safety and warning labels
  • Care instructions
  • Sustainability claims
  • Ensure packaging meets global requirements including:
  • Environmental and sustainability regulations
  • Recycling and disposal labeling
  • Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations
  • Work with packaging teams to ensure compliance with evolving global packaging regulations and sustainability requirements.
