<h1><strong>Product Designer</strong></h1><h2><strong>About the role</strong></h2><p>This is a founding product design role, which means you’ll be rolling up your sleeves and touching all aspects of the product experience, ensuring that our customers have the best, most intuitive experience possible whenever they touch an Ease product. You’ll be working directly with the CTO and engineering teams, as well as our brand, marketing & copy partners to build the 0-1 experience, as well as ongoing optimizations based on user feedback loops, expansion of our product roadmap and solving product problems.</p><h2><strong>What you’ll work on</strong></h2><ul><li><p>Scaling up the Ease ecosystem – designing components and features from scratch one day, while refining and polishing legacy pieces the next day.</p></li><li><p>Think like a researcher and act like a designer, seeking out and synthesizing feedback to find signals for how to optimize the experience.</p></li><li><p>Translate PRDs into draft designs and ultimately through to final designs pushed to production</p></li></ul><h2><strong>Skills & requirements</strong></h2><ul><li><p>Experience in building B2B/SaaS products with complex workflows</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated success in launching and scaling new features</p></li><li><p>Ability to rapid prototype: create mocks, stand up wireframes etc.</p></li><li><p>Ability to collaborate live in EST time zones (NYC or remote)</p></li><li><p>Organized, self-managed that can move fast</p></li><li><p>From time to time, jump in to help with design needs for marketing & brand assets</p></li><li><p>Ability to produce pixel-perfect Figma designs at scale</p></li><li><p>English-speaking/fluency</p></li></ul><h2><strong>Compensation & Benefits</strong></h2><ul><li><p>Base salary: $100-160k + equity</p></li><li><p>Health insurance</p></li></ul><h2><strong>About Ease</strong></h2><p>Ease is a stealth seed stage startup building the vertical operating system for behavioral health — unifying EHR, RCM, and AI automation into one modern platform.
