If you think the open position you see is right for you, we encourage you to apply!</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Our people make all the difference in our success.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>Product Management 340B Ops Partner Advisor</b></p><p>This role is the liaison between the 340B team, pharmacy operations, procurement, finance and third party administrative partners to navigate order investigations, payouts and returns for inventory.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities </b></p><ul><li>Financial understanding of how credits/debits are completed within systems</li><li>Manage shortages/damages/overages with pharmacy operations when identified</li><li>Manage payout process for over-replenishment from end to end</li><li>Manage aged receipts/invoice issues with finance partners</li><li>Collaborating with Account Management, Accounting and Accounts Payable teams in determining payments and reconciling invoices</li><li>Serve as the primary operational SME for cross-functional partners, responding to escalations, client-specific requests</li><li>Partner with Procurement, Pharmacy Operations and IT to troubleshoot system issues and support enhancement process improvements</li><li>Produce and support recurring and ad hoc analytical reporting</li><li>Produce quarterly statistics</li><li>Develop, maintain and enforce SOP governance</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Minimum 7+ years of relevant professional experience supporting product, operations, analytics or program management functions</li><li>Strong Microsoft suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) proficiency with experience working with large complex datasets</li><li>Working knowledge of SQL or similar querying tools to support NDC-level or claim level analysis</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of change with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills</li><li>Ability to independently prioritize work, manage deadlines, and execute with minimal direction</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly</li><li>Proven ability to operate as a trusted subject matter expert and escalation point</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Project Management, Business or a related field (preferred, not required)</li><li>Experience supporting 340B or specialty pharmacy</li><li>Experience creating, maintaining and operationalizing SOP documentation</li><li>Experience partnering cross-functionally within a large, matrixed organization</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 94,900 - 158,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.<p></p><p>This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.</p><p></p><p>At The Cigna Group, you’ll enjoy a comprehensive range of benefits, with a focus on supporting your whole health.
