The candidate must be able to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly solutions and produce compelling prototypes for those same solutions. This role is critical to driving Screenverse's evolution into a technology-driven company while delivering value to our media owner and buyer partners.</p><h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2><h3><strong>Customer-Centric Development</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering deep insights from both external and internal stakeholders to drive product enhancements.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Advocate for product prioritization, balancing short-term needs with long-term goals while collaborating with internal teams to estimate timelines, manage backlogs, and ensure timely delivery.</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Prototyping & Design</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create and iterate on rapid prototypes that solve key issues for the customer and provide the engineering team with clear direction on what to build.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Be opinionated about UI/UX design, keeping the customer journey top of mind during any prototyping.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage disparate products and systems as a cohesive user experience</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Internal Collaboration & Leadership</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with internal teams to ensure a cohesive and collaborative approach to product development.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Act as a thought leader within the company to champion products and establish feedback loops with stakeholders to improve and address issues proactively.</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Problem Definition & Operational Impact</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Define problems crisply enough that our product engineers can own solution design and run with it.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work to identify bottlenecks, surface tradeoffs, and enhance Screenverse's programmatic capabilities.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>Qualifications</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">4+ years of Product Management experience - ad tech background preferred but not required.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Demonstrated ability to iterate on UI work yourself through prototyping tools (Lovable, v0, Figma, or similar).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, operating with autonomy on each.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Customer focused with strong interpersonal skills.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Has thrived in remote-first environments before.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Wrike, Notion, GitHub, and ticket management systems.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with multi-tenant systems, querying APIs, and intermediate Excel competency.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Nice to have: OpenRTB/VAST experience, technical documentation writing, product telemetry experience.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>Salary</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other job-related qualifications. We expect the base salary range for this role to be between: $155,000-$175,000 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in the role is dependent upon many factors, such as location, transferable, or job related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The salary range may be subject to change.
