This includes providing clear and customer centric inputs to product development, product rationalization, market positioning, and market launch using a stage-gate process for all products in the Amrize Building Envelope Portfolio of that product category.</p> <p> </p> <p>WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH</p> <p>Lead the development and implementation of a:</p> <p>●    Comprehensive understanding of the Accessories markets, incl. Edge Metal Elevate is competing in, both on a macro-economic and product-specific scale. In alignment with sales and management, analyze our product solution sales and profitability along our sales channels<br>●    Comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and the customer value of our product solutions.<br>●    Regular, strategic customer relationship strategy in alignment with sales to assess customer and industry needs and to identity strategic customer partnerships for launching new products<br>●    Life cycle strategy to optimize our existing product solution portfolio with a focus on optimizing cost, complexity and portfolio efficiency and effectiveness related to business impact.<br>●    Product solution roadmap to expand our product solution portfolio to drive growth through innovation and new product solutions. </p> <p> </p> <p>Execute<br>●    Strategies per agreed to timeline and KPIs<br>●    Continuous and regular customer interactions in alignment with sales, strategies<br>●    Special projects as requested by management </p> <p> </p> <p>Ensure<br>●    Alignment with the organization, especially sales, field technical experts and management.<br>●    Effective and efficient communication to customers, working teams and management<br>●    Support of cross-functional projects as prioritized by the business<br>●    Support of marketing activities as prioritized by management<br>●    Support of pricing activities with market and competitive data in coordination with sales and management. </p> <p> </p> <p><br>WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR</p> <p>●    BS degree in Engineering/Business or related field, MBA Preferred;<br>●    Direct experience and knowledge base in PVC roofing products a must<br>●    10 years progressive experience in Engineering/Technology/Marketing/Sales functions or related field.<br>●    Experience in a combination of the following areas: Project Management, Product Management, Product Development, Marketing & Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance for a Building Material major supplier.<br>●    Experience in managing a portfolio of products related to Construction industry, B2B or Industrial goods. <br>●    Travel required up to 25%<br>●    Data driven personality with strong interpersonal skills and analytical capabilities.
