Product Manager, Asset Management

<p><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>Job Overview</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">The Product Manager, Indoor Retail Asset Management will be responsible for product planning and execution, including but not limited to assessing customer needs, analyzing market trends, and acting on customers' behalf to prioritize product requirements. The Product Manager will serve as the contextual expert defining the product vision, working collaboratively with engineering, sales, marketing, and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered, and revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.  </span></p><p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>This position reports to the Product Management Leader of Asset Mgmt and is open to a remote location in the United States, following <u>Eastern or Central Time Zone working hours preferably.</u></strong></span></p><p><span drive the global strategic product vision for Indoor Retail Asset Management Portfolio, aligning with the overall Convenience Retail Asset Management strategy and vision</span><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">•    Lead the development and delivery of innovative, market-leading solutions that support accelerated revenue growth and increased profitability in our Environment portfolio.</span><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">•    Build, grow, and retain top talent within your organization through effective coaching, mentoring, and leadership.</span><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">•    Partner with the Indoor Retail GM Org and cross-functional teams to:</span></p><p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">o   Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our POS, DOMS, and other indoor retail asset management software products.</span><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">o    Build out existing Indoor Retail asset management capabilities.</span><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">o    Develop new functionality aligned with customer and business needs.</span><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, processes, secure buy-in, and create effective feedback loops supporting our Indoor Retail Asset Mgmt strategy</span><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">•    Prioritize product backlog and manage the lifecycle of new product features from conception to launch </span><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">•    Set priorities and partner with engineering for PI process ensuring clear technical requirements and resource needs. </span><br><span sans-serif;font-size:12px;">•    Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle </span><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica,
