About Cohere and North

Cohere is revolutionizing enterprise AI with North, an agentic AI platform designed to securely deploy AI agents and automations within organizations’ infrastructure. North empowers employees to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and unlock actionable insights while ensuring data privacy and compliance. North combines cutting-edge generative and search models and customizable integrations to drive productivity and innovation at scale.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Native Experience & Growth PM to own how users discover, adopt, and stay engaged with North across every surface — iOS, Android, macOS, and web. This is a high-leverage role sitting at the intersection of three domains:

Native Applications.

Own North’s iOS, Android, and macOS apps. You’ll define the mobile product roadmap, drive platform-specific capabilities (such as widgets, shortcuts, push notifications, offline modes), and ensure the native experience feels fast, polished, and purpose-built for knowledge workers on the go.

Front-End Platform.

Own the platform-wide shared component layer which would be the infrastructure that makes North customizable and enterprise-ready. This includes white-labeling and custom branding, configurable terms and conditions, notification systems, and the shared system components that will be leveraged across devices and features.

Onboarding, Retention & Growth.

Own the end-to-end user lifecycle from first login to power user. You’ll design and iterate on first-time user experiences (FTUX), contextual onboarding flows, proactive guidance, and re-engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the roadmap for North’s iOS, Android, and macOS apps, balancing platform-native capabilities with cross-platform consistency.

  • Own the shared component and configuration layer that enables enterprise customization

  • Design and iterate on FTUX and onboarding flows that minimize time-to-value and drive activation across new enterprise deployments.

  • Own analytics instrumentation to track funnel performance, feature adoption, and re-engagement; run structured experiments to improve key metrics.

  • Engage directly with enterprise customers to surface use cases across surfaces and validate product decisions with qualitative and quantitative evidence.

  • Collaborate with design and engineering to maintain a coherent, accessible component system and ensure pixel-perfect experiences that scale across customer deployments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time in at least one of: mobile/native applications, front-end platform, or growth and lifecycle PM.

  • Track record of shipping mobile or platform-layer products with real impact on adoption, retention, or engagement.

  • Strong working knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles, such as iOS HIG and Material Design, and comfort making tradeoffs between native and cross-platform approaches.

  • Analytical by default: you define metrics before you build, know how to instrument a product, and can run and interpret A/B tests.

  • Strong cross-functional collaborator who works well with distributed engineering and design teams and can translate technical tradeoffs for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Highly execution-oriented with a bias for getting things shipped and iterating from there.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience owning front-end platform work: design systems, white-labeling, shared component libraries, or configuration infrastructure for enterprise SaaS.

  • Experience with enterprise mobile compliance requirements: MDM/MAM, enterprise app distribution, data encryption at rest and in transit.

  • Exposure to agentic AI systems, LLMs, or conversational interfaces, ideally in a mobile or desktop context.

Why Join Cohere?

  • Impact: Shape the native surface of an enterprise AI platform used by some of the world’s largest organizations.

  • Innovation: Work alongside leading researchers and engineers solving complex ML challenges.

  • Growth: Enjoy competitive compensation, equity options, and opportunities for professional development.

  • Flexibility: Hybrid work model with offices in key global locations.
