This role serves as the critical bridge between product/project development, sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams, translating technical capabilities into compelling value propositions for enterprise, hyperscale, carrier, and colocation customers. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in the data center/digital infrastructure industry and a strong ability to articulate differentiated solutions across colocation, hyperscale, connectivity, and the subsea cable ecosystem.<br><br><strong>Essential Duties<br><br></strong>Product Positioning & Messaging<br><br><ul><li>Develop and maintain clear, differentiated product/project positioning and messaging tailored to colocation, dark fiber / connectivity, and hyperscale data center buyers and influencers.</li><li>Translate technical and marketable features (e.g. location, critical power availability, network connections, cooling technology, and integrated digital infrastructure) into customer-centric value propositions across enterprise, hyperscale, and carrier customers.</li><li>Create and maintain core messaging frameworks, personas, and competitive positioning.<br><br></li></ul>Sales Enablement<br><br><ul><li>Work with internal subject matter experts across data center design, construction, operations, IT, network and market development to determine new projects, key features, specifications, and benefits.</li><li>Develop sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, project briefs, webpages, battlecards, FAQs, and case studies.</li><li>Support complex sales cycles and campaigns with tailored messaging and deal-specific support as needed.<br><br></li></ul>Market & Competitive Intelligence<br><br><ul><li>Conduct ongoing market research to understand customer needs, buying drivers, and industry trends.</li><li>Monitor competitive offerings across colocation, hyperscale, connectivity and subsea cable markets.</li><li>Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for product strategy and marketing execution.<br><br></li></ul>Content & Demand Support<br><br><ul><li>Collaborate in the development of marketing assets to support campaigns, thought leadership, and industry events.</li><li>Contribute to sales presentations, website content, webinars, and analyst briefings.</li><li>Ensure consistency of product messaging across all customer touchpoints.</li><li>Other duties as assigned<br><br></li></ul><strong>Education/Training/Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of product marketing and/or product management experience, with at least 3 years in the data center, cloud infrastructure, or related digital infrastructure industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of data center fundamentals, including:</li><ul><li>Power and cooling technologies</li><li>Network connectivity and interconnection</li><li>Reliability, redundancy, and uptime standards</li><li>Sustainability and energy efficiency considerations</li><li>Large-scale data center / Hyperscaler requirements</li></ul><li>Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.</li><li>Analytical and data-driven decision-making<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience marketing colocation, wholesale, hyperscale, network, or edge data center solutions.</li><li>Familiarity with enterprise IT, cloud service providers, and network service providers.</li><li>Experience working with analyst firms, industry associations, or large-scale industry events.</li><li>MBA or advanced degree is a plus.<br><br></li></ul>
