Air Canada is taking the lead to shape a modernized cost-effective distribution ecosystem using technologies such as Routehappy and New Distribution Capability (NDC) to expand the reach and richness of its content across direct and indirect channels. The goal is to move from the legacy, passive, and rigid distribution technologies to a more flexible, dynamic, and passenger-centric distribution environment.The Product Distribution and Payments team is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to join the team to enhance the NDC product. The candidate will work directly with the Manager, NDC Product, and will contribute to the delivery of the NDC distribution strategy and roadmap aiming at improving customers’ booking experience and increasing revenues. The ideal candidate is responsible for defining business requirements and assessing impacts to existing business processes and systems, and is the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the NDC end-to-end flows.
