Du får en central rolle i at opbygge, udvikle og lede en integreret markedsadgangsstrategi, hvor du aktivt identificerer og skaber kontakt til relevante interessenter for at styrke Orion Pharma Animal Healths position og salg. Du bliver en del af et team af dedikerede og ambitiøse kollegaer, hvor I i fællesskab arbejder mod de opsatte mål.

Udover kundebesøg vil du samarbejde tæt med produktchefer om kampagner og salgsinitiativer, og du vil få mulighed for at påvirke den overordnede salgsstrategi. Du arbejder ud fra dit hjem på Fyn eller Sønderjylland, kombineret med besøg på kontoret i Ørestaden samt løbende webmøder for koordinering og sparring.

En sælger der tør spørge efter ordren

Vi forventer, at du har en uddannelse inden for Life Sciences, men det er ikke et krav, at du er veterinær. Du har minimum ét års salgserfaring fra Pharma, Devices, Animal Health eller lignende brancher.

Det vigtigste er dit drive, din lyst til at lære produkterne at kende og din evne til at opbygge og vedligeholde strategiske kunderelationer. Du er ambitiøs, serviceminded og villig til at gå den ekstra mil for både kunder og resultater.

Du trives i dialogen med kunder, tør udfordre dem og fungerer naturligt som sparringspartner – og du er ikke tillbageholdende for at spørge efter ordren. Samtidig besidder du stærke sociale kompetencer og trives i et dynamisk miljø med højt til loftet. Fleksibilitet i opgaveløsningen og modet til at gå uden for din ”comfort zone” er en naturlig del af din arbejdsstil.
