Product Specialist - Fraud & AML

<p style="text-align:left"><u><b>Job Description:</b></u></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>The primary responsibility of the Product Specialist – Fraud & AML is to serve as the subject matter expert for CSI’s fraud prevention and anti–money laundering product suite. This role is accountable for delivering high-quality product demonstrations to CSI customers and prospects, clearly showcasing product capabilities, value propositions, and alignment with financial crime compliance needs.</p><p></p><p>Success in this position requires a deep understanding of Fraud and AML technology, industry regulations, emerging trends in financial crime, and the operational challenges faced by financial institutions. The Product Specialist must maintain an expert-level knowledge of the product offering, continuously monitor industry changes, and ensure the solution evolves alongside market and regulatory demands.</p><p></p><p>Leveraging their expertise, the Product Specialist will build credibility both internally and externally, supporting sales initiatives, informing product strategy, and helping customers navigate complex fraud and AML requirements. This role helps ensure that CSI’s Fraud & AML solutions remain best-in-class, competitive, and tightly aligned with the needs of the community banking market.<br><br> </p><p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><ul><li><p>Delivers high-quality product demonstrations for CSI’s Fraud and AML solutions to customers and prospects, clearly articulating product value and industry relevance.</p></li><li><p>Maintains deep subject matter expertise in fraud prevention and AML technology, regulations, and financial crime trends to support sales efforts and strengthen CSI’s market position.</p></li><li><p>Partners with Sales and Marketing to support pipeline development by providing product expertise, attending prospect calls, and contributing to strategy for Fraud/AML opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Represents CSI at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to showcase the Fraud & AML product suite and gather insights on emerging threats and regulatory developments.</p></li><li><p>Leverages current industry knowledge—including fraud typologies, AML compliance requirements, and core banking trends—to enhance CSI’s value proposition and improve win rates.</p></li><li><p>Stays informed on evolving fraud schemes, AML regulatory updates, and technological advancements to ensure product messaging and demonstrations remain current and compelling.</p></li><li><p>Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Marketing, to refine product positioning, support roadmap initiatives, and identify new growth opportunities within the Fraud & AML market.</p></li></ul><p><br> </p><p><b>PRIMARY RESULTS ACCOUNTABLE FOR ACHIEVING</b></p><ul><li>High-Quality Product Demonstrations That Drive Sales Conversion Deliver compelling, accurate, and industry-relevant demonstrations that materially increase win rates for Fraud & AML opportunities.</li><li>Maintained Subject Matter Expertise on Fraud & AML Products and Industry Stay deeply knowledgeable about product capabilities, regulatory requirements, and emerging fraud/AML trends to ensure CSI maintains credibility and competitive positioning.</li><li>Effective Support of Sales Pipeline Growth Partner with Sales to influence pipeline success by providing expertise during prospect engagements, contributing to proposal development, and strengthening CSI’s value proposition.</li><li>Enhanced Market Awareness and Industry Presence Represent CSI at events, conferences, and customer meetings, reinforcing CSI’s authority in Fraud & AML while gathering insights to guide product and sales strategy.</li><li>Increased Customer and Prospect Confidence in CSI’s Fraud & AML Solutions Establish trust and credibility with internal teams and external stakeholders by consistently demonstrating mastery of the product and industry landscape.</li><li>Strategic Input into Product and Market Improvements Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to provide market feedback, support roadmap prioritization, and help identify new opportunities for solution enhancement and revenue growth.</li></ul><p><br> </p><p><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS</b>:</p><ul><li><p>Education or job knowledge equivalent to a college or university undergraduate education.</p></li><li><p>Experience:</p></li><li><p>The minimum amount of relevant work and/or industry experience required to successfully perform the job is at least two (3) years.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of Fraud and AML technologies, including transaction monitoring, risk scoring, case management, and customer due diligence/KYC processes.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of financial crime regulations and guidance (e.g., BSA/AML, OFAC, FFIEC, FATF) and how they impact financial institutions.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to deliver compelling, clear, and accurate product demonstrations to both technical and non-technical audiences.</p></li><li><p>Ability to translate complex product capabilities into meaningful customer value propositions.</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand customer use cases and align them with product functionality.</p></li><li><p>Travel: Very little- attend a few conferences a year</p></li></ul><p><br> </p><p><b>RELATIONSHIP BUILDING:</b></p><ul><li><p>Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Implementation teams.</p></li><li><p>Skilled at gathering market feedback and channeling insights to internal teams to support product roadmap and strategy.</p></li><li><p>Comfortable representing the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events</p></li></ul><p><br> </p><p>As a forward-thinking software provider, Computer Services, Inc.
