As a Production Assistant at Kyra, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our creator campaigns run smoothly—from casting through to final delivery. You’ll be the engine behind the day-to-day logistics, making sure creators are supported, assets are tracked, and timelines stay on course.

Working closely with Campaign Managers and cross-functional teams, you’ll help execute best-in-class influencer marketing campaigns for some of the world’s most exciting brands. This is an ideal role for someone with strong organisational skills, a love of social platforms (especially TikTok!), and a desire to grow in the creator space.

What You’ll Be Doing

📣 Creator Communication

  • Be a point of contact for creators—sending briefs, fielding questions, and ensuring timely responses
  • Share feedback from Content Managers with creators to ensure revisions are completed accurately and efficiently

📚 Project Organisation & Asset Management

  • Keep the production bible up to date with creator info, guidelines, timelines, and deliverables
  • Upload and organise assets on our internal platforms, ensuring all files are labelled, complete, and client-ready
  • Monitor ad code usage and update documentation as needed

📦 Shipping & Inventory Tracking

  • Track and report on product shipments for campaigns requiring physical goods
  • Follow up with creators to confirm receipt and readiness for filming

🛠️ Tech & Process Support

  • Help troubleshoot any tech issues creators may encounter
  • Support Creator Managers by assisting with discovery tasks and expanding our creator database
  • Ensure production runs on budget by inputting creator fees and flagging potential overspend

📊 Status Reporting & Cross-Team Support

  • Provide daily production updates to Content Managers, enabling clear internal and client comms
  • Collaborate with Campaign Managers, Paid Media, and Talent teams to ensure all tasks are on track

What You Bring

Experience & Tools

  • 1–3 years in a similar production, project coordination, or campaign support role
  • Confident with Asana and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Comfortable navigating TikTok—understanding trends, platform dynamics, and creator workflows

  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset—you don’t just spot issues, you solve them
  • Able to juggle multiple moving parts and stay cool under pressure
