In this role, you will manage and maintain strong relationship with customers, provide product training tailored to customer needs, and collaborate with Project Managers on larger, high-impact projects. In this role, you’ll take the lead in resolving project and implementation challenges, adhering to established escalation procedures to ensure smooth outcomes.
