The Project Manager reports to the Senior Manager, Nurse Call PMO, and serves as a key internal member within the Project Management Office.</p><p></p><p>The Project Manager (PM) is a field-based role, responsible for the planning, coordination, documentation, and execution of customer-awarded projects according to standard work instructions. Project Managers are responsible for all aspects of the client project engagement from sales handoff to transition to ongoing support. Further, PMs play an integral role in planning customer technology roadmaps and customer attainment strategy. Key activities include project planning, resource allocation and coordination, project risk assessment and mitigation, revenue forecasting, customer communication, and internal stakeholder management.</p><p></p><h2>What you’ll be doing:</h2><ul><li>Act with autonomy as the point of contact for all client project related needs during project planning & execution</li><li>Utilize project management software, conduct regular meetings, provide agendas and meeting minutes, and create and maintain project plans.</li><li>Provide strong and proactive project leadership and comfortably lead discussions with clinical and technical project stakeholders</li><li>Learn and speak to Baxter’s Connected Care product portfolio and indirectly manage internal and external resources and vendors.</li><li>Meet or exceed established PMO metrics surrounding project plans, time tracking, documentation, onsite presence, resource engagement, progress reporting, and project closeouts.</li><li>Translate technical information from technical to non-technical resources to meet project requirements</li><li>Partner with customers and internal team on long-term product and technology strategy.</li><li>Define a clear revenue management strategy that enables revenue goal attainment.</li></ul><p></p><h2>What you’ll bring:</h2><ul><li>4+ years of project management experience</li><li>Bachelor's degree in related field</li><li>Health care, information technology, or construction environment experience preferred.</li><li>Remote; field-based role with travel required approximately 25% of the time.</li><li>Demonstrated bias for action and decisiveness; comfortable navigating ambiguity and a track record of delivering exceptional customer service.</li><li>Skilled in data analysis and problem solving using defined methodologies.</li><li>Proven success in internal and external communication and relationship management with all levels of expertise from administrative to executive.</li><li>PMP, CAPM, or other industry related certification(s) desired.</li></ul><p></p><p>We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $104,000 to $143,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
