Project Manager

<p><strong><u>Project Manager – Senior (Maximo)</u></strong></p> <p>The successful candidate will have a proven experience and successful track record acting as a project manager for medium to large projects.  The Project Manager will work directly with a Cohesive Program Manager, project team and client PMO to support project schedule, budget and issue management.  The Project Manager will be responsible for developing associated deliverables for the project schedule, project logistics, weekly status reporting, budget updates and scope tracking.  This position reports to Cohesive Director of Operations. </p> <p><br><u>Essential Job Duties </u></p> <p>The Project Manager performs a wide range of duties including some or all the following: </p> <p><br><strong>Plan the project </strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management </li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project </li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project </li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities </li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities;
