Project Manager- (NPW)

Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of an enterprise‑scale platform.
  • The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope, and with clear business outcomes.

The ideal candidate has strong experience managing complex, integration‑heavy enterprise programs, working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Governance

  • Define and maintain the overall project plan and roadmap
  • Establish project governance, cadence, and reporting
  • Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks
  • Ensure alignment with agreed success metrics and milestones

2. Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior business and IT stakeholders
  • Facilitate steering committee and status review meetings
  • Provide clear, concise progress reporting and risk visibility
  • Manage expectations across client, partner, and internal teams

3. Delivery Management

  • Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams: Business analysis Architecture and design Development and integrations Testing and UAT Deployment and hyper‑care
  • Track progress against plan and proactively address issues
  • Ensure handoffs between phases are smooth and well‑managed

4. Risk, Issue & Dependency Management

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks
  • Manage inter‑team and system dependencies
  • Escalate issues appropriately with clear impact analysis
  • Drive timely decision‑making to unblock progress

5. Quality & Readiness Oversight

  • Ensure quality gates are met before phase transitions
  • Oversee readiness for Integration Testing, UAT, and Production rollout
  • Coordinate go‑live planning and cutover activities
  • Support hyper‑care and transition to steady‑state operations

6. Client UAT & Go‑Live Coordination

  • Coordinate UAT planning and execution (client‑led)
  • Track UAT progress and issue resolution
  • Ensure business sign‑off before production deployment
  • Drive rollout communications and readiness activities

7. Budget & Resource Management

  • Track project budget and forecasts
  • Manage resource allocation and capacity planning
  • Coordinate with vendors, system integrators, and internal teams
  • Ensure efficient utilization of project resources

Required Skills & Experience

Core Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in project/program management
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise application or platform implementations
  • Experience managing cross‑functional, multi‑disciplinary teams

Delivery & Methodology

  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models
  • Experience with phased, MVP‑led delivery approaches
  • Familiarity with governance frameworks and reporting standards

Technical Awareness (Non‑Coding)

  • Understanding of: Enterprise platforms and integrations Workflow and approval‑centric systems Cloud‑hosted production environments
  • Ability to effectively engage with architects and engineering teams

Tools & Practices

  • Project planning and tracking tools (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
  • Risk and issue tracking
