<strong>Your Job<br><br></strong>DEPCOM Power, a Koch company and a leading renewable energy Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firm, is seeking a <strong>Project Manager</strong> to lead the delivery of large‑scale utility solar, battery energy storage (BESS), and repowering projects. In this role, you will have full responsibility for project execution from pre‑construction planning through commissioning and closeout while balancing safety, cost, schedule, quality, and stakeholder expectations.<br><br>This role is ideal for a proven project leader who thrives in fast‑paced construction environments and brings experience managing complex EPC or large‑scale infrastructure projects.<br><br>This is a <strong>remote position</strong> with approximately <strong>50% travel</strong> to active construction sites based on project needs.<br><br><strong>Our Team<br><br></strong>DEPCOM’s Project Delivery Organization specializes in executing comprehensive, turnkey PV and BESS projects, complete with collection substations and generation transmission lines. We leverage strategic partnerships with key vendors and subcontractors, ensuring seamless coordination with interconnection utilities nationwide. This approach not only streamlines our processes for client success but also empowers our supervisors to cultivate an environment where employees can fully realize their potential and excel in their roles.<br><br><strong>What You Will Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>Lead, coach, and support a multidisciplinary team including, Project Engineers and Construction Management, to drive successful execution of utility-scale and battery storage projects. </li><li>Manage project forecasts with the support of the Project Controls team to drive an accurate forecast complete with identification of risks and opportunities.</li><li>Work closely with Supply Chain to maximize value during the buyout phase of a project.</li><li>Work closely with Business Development and the Estimating team to deliver accurate and competitive Project Estimates.</li><li>Manage a project schedule with support of the Scheduling team to meet or improve project objectives.</li><li>Provide timely project reporting to internal teams and external customers.</li><li>Ensure project is in compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements with support of internal resources.</li><li>Build rapport with customers and find strategic opportunities to drive long-term mutually beneficial relationships. <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)<br><br></strong><ul><li>Supervisory/leadership experience</li><li>Experience managing EPC, large-scale industrial, or large-scale infrastructure projects</li><li>Experience with cost estimating, scheduling, and customer engagement</li><li>Understanding of prime contract and subcontract language</li><li>Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future</li><li>Valid driver’s license <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>What Will Put You Ahead<br><br></strong><ul><li>EPC experience in Utility Solar, Wind, BESS, conventional power or industrial projects<br><br><br></li></ul><em>For this role, we anticipate paying $150k - $225k per year.
