<div><strong><b>PROJECT SPECIALIST (</b><b>AI/AN Victim Services Programs)</b></strong><br/><br/>ICF seeks an experienced <b>Project Specialist</b> to design and deliver high quality, culturally appropriate capacity-building training, and customized assistance to American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) communities in the Lower 48 and Alaska as they expand, develop, and implement crime victim service programs. The successful candidate has knowledge of federal award management, experience developing and deploying effective assistance strategies in Indigenous communities, demonstrates excellent communication and collaboration skills, and is respectful of tribal sovereignty. <br/><br/><b>This position will support clients in specific regions, therefore we are seeking candidates located in the mid-west, pacific northwest, and the southwest - Alaska, Arizona, California, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Texas. </b><br/><br/><b>This position requires obtaining a Public Trust Clearance PRIOR to the start date.</b><br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br/><ul><li>Provide comprehensive capacity building and compliance assistance to AI/AN victim services programs</li><li>Evaluate individual grantee needs and partner with grantees to develop customized assistance plans and track grantee progress on the implementation of those plans </li><li>Work closely to support grantees as they enhance and strengthen their crime victim services</li><li>Develop trainings, curriculum, and resources appropriate for AI/AN audiences and their identified needs</li><li>Plan and execute assistance activities including advancing customized plans, sharing subject matter expertise, and reporting on outcomes</li><li>Facilitate trainings including webinars, peer learning exchanges and communities of practice </li><li>Support grantees in the creation of key activities to advance their programs and services</li><li>Assist with strategic planning</li><li>Conduct reviews of resources, infrastructure, and capacity within tribal communities</li><li>Identify and share culturally responsive, trauma informed practices, resources, and approaches</li></ul><br/><br/><b>Basic Qualifications Required</b><br/><ul><li>Bachelors degree</li><li>2+ years' experience working with AI/AN communities</li><li>5+ years' experience in victim services</li><li>Willingness to travel if required</li><li><b>U.S. citizenship is required by federal government contract</b></li><li><b>This position requires a Public Trust security clearance.
