Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry Active New York State Medical License Wages and Benefits include: Annual Base Salary: $107,160* (board eligible); $111,280* (board certified) based on 16-hour work week. The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $237,876** (board eligible) and $242,408** (board certified), which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors as set forth below: Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $104,000***. Projected bonus of up to $16,000 (based on previous year's average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets. 401(k) account for Employee Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits): Employees are immediately vested in their contributions.
