With us, you'll have the chance to progress your career as part of a dynamic, supportive team. <br> <br>Maximising positive outcomes & recovery for our patients - it's a challenging, satisfying vocation.<br><br>At Cygnet, our perks go way beyond pension schemes and excellent professional development.<br><br>You'll also enjoy shopping, travel and leisure discounts - as well as a range of healthcare and financial benefits - to support you to be happy both in and out of work.<br><br><b>Cygnet Bury Forestwood</b> offers CAMHS Tier 4 PICU, General Acute and Low Secure services across four wards which provide a defined treatment pathway from admission through to intervention and discharge including rapid assessment and treatment. <br><br><b>Your day-to-day...</b><br>• Carry out psychological assessments & provide therapy to individuals & groups<br>• Work systemically with staff, as well as directly with service users<br>• Consult with staff, families & other agencies about the psychological care of the client group<br>• Offer psychological insight & knowledge to the multidisciplinary team<br>• Support the clinical, nursing & direct care teams in making skilled evaluations & decisions about risk<br>• Evaluate the service, contribute to its development & carry out clinical research.<br> <br><b>We are looking for someone who is...</b><br>• HCPC Registered Clinical / Counselling / Forensic Psychologist - we welcome applicants to apply who are due to qualify within 6 months.<br>• Experienced in working as part of a multidisciplinary team<br>• Knowledgeable of mental health legislation, risk assessment & risk management principles<br>• Preferably trained in complex therapies such as Schema focused, Cognitive Analytical & DBT<br>• Passionate about working with people with a range of complex mental health needs<br>• Capable of treating difficulties such as self-harm, physical & verbal aggression, history of sexual offending & drug & alcohol problems<br>• An excellent communicator.<br> <br><b>Why Cygnet?
