Now Hiring: Quality Assurance Technician Azusa, CA




We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Assurance Technician to join our team in Azusa, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay and the chance to grow within a dynamic production environment.




Pay Rate: $20 $23/hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

  • Current (Slow Season): 7: 00 AM 3: 30 PM
  • 1st Shift (Peak Season): 6: 00 AM 2: 30 PM
  • 2nd Shift (Peak Season): 2: 00 PM 10: 30 PM
  • Flexibility is required, as candidates may be moved to 2nd shift during high season.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Monitor production processes and report any quality issues or deviations
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
  • Assist in identifying areas for process improvement
  • Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and quality guidelines
  • Work closely with production and management teams to resolve quality concerns

Qualifications:
  • Previous quality assurance or production experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Must be flexible with schedule and open to working different shifts as needed
